Franchise

We help franchised businesses collect unpaid debts

The payment of unpaid fees is an essential part of recovering revenue that you may not have otherwise been able to obtain. Should they be allowed to accrue, missing funds can be detrimental to your business and your franchisees. This is why BCA Debt has put together a debt collection system directly suited to businesses that run via the franchise model.

We offer a discounted price to our Annual Membership program for franchised businesses that sign up more than three outlets.

How our franchise debt collection works

Each franchised outlet will be established as an individual client in our system. Outstanding debts will belong to the nominated franchise outlet. This means each outlet will have its own address details and information directed at the debtor from where the location they purchased goods or services to avoid confusion.

Also, each franchise is responsible for paying their accounts with BCA Debt – they also have their own login details and cannot see the details of other franchisees.

The franchisees have complete control over their own debt collection processes. Plus, when the debtor payment is dispersed, it is sent to the individual franchisee's bank accounts.
